The initial methodology to why the company was started was dead on.

Cons

1. Don 't be fooled by the 5-star rating here, these are completed by internal staff to boost their egos and take away from the truth about the organization. 2. Executive Leadership Team decision making is based on NOT what is best for their clients, employees, business model but to keep their own paychecks coming in. 3. HR is only there to protect the business not the employee. 4. Sales leadership has no sales background. 5. I can go on and on, but run don't walk away from any position there.

You can feel a sense of humanity in thinking that you are helping families. However, dig deeper and you will learn its gaslighting and taking advantage of people in desperate situations.

Cons

Lots of gaslighting by management. Impossible metrics that are getting more intense month over month. This organization does not care about employees or the families they trick into scam pitch for senior living options.
