      Good work life balance, hours were good

      Terrible management style. Bullying culture. No prospects to advance and very school house like in it's rules.

      Pros

      Flexi time, buy and sell holidays, free parking. They are investing hugely into their premises, business systems and people. There are some really great, knowledgeable employees who will go above and beyond to support you.

      Cons

      They are going through that transitional phase from a smaller company growing at a rapid pace into a larger company. There can sometimes be unrest in current staff due to new people and processes being implemented.

      Only pro is the flexi start and finish times

      Cons

      Everything Extremely bad management Low pay No such thing as equality Stress (all day everyday) Woman having relationship with the higher up so she gets what she wants but she’s ruining the company badly! Facilities for factory floor disgusting treat like animals No appreciation for anything in fact If your good at your job you seem to be penalised more Not many helpful people at all
