      Pros

      Great access/parking/offices and even better Teams. Company is keen to progress and grow and has a real family ethos. very open to new ways of working and improvements across the board. A younger workforce and one that values its employee input. I have loved working with Managers/Directors and frontline staff alike.

      Cons

      I really have not come across any Cons just yet.

      Pros

      The jobs really easy to get (4 on 4 off they can't be picky)

      Cons

      The shifts are long and horrible to work, the money's rubbish, people constantly come and go (even in lockdown they'll go through 30 odd people a month) so you constantly lose friends and co-workers.
