Great product and some great people

Cons

Management style/team, bullying culture, failure to treat employees as human beings, failure of owners to listen to staff feedback when they leave the company in droves (or if they do listen they must be ignoring it) that's if anybody even asks for it.

Pros

The products are amazing. Super innovative, attractive, well-made, and the business is genuinely full of passion for safety. I would recommend the actual products and team without any hesitation to any customer.

Cons

As an employee, micromanaging is rife. Feedback is never taken on board. There is a 'done' way of doing things here, which is odd considering the products are so innovative. Long-term employees will push out the new employees. It's all pretty uncomfortable.
