      Nothing! Nice building? Willing to invest in new technologies wasn't sure about spending money

      Cons

      Working environment is the worst one I have ever experienced. Inadequacies of the management and made up by bullying. The managers are in over their heads. They make up for this by threatened to sack everybody each day. At the started each day by pointing at the gate and saying there's a big black thing they're walkthrough and dont come back if you don't like it. No sick pay for staff I expect you to do as much overtime as possible but do not repay the favour I never had any time off but one manager after 30 years took two days off for an operation and received no sick pay.

      Pros

      -world leader in safety barriers manufacturing -innovative product -good atmosphere on the shop floor -opportunities to expand your knowledge and learn new things -they give you a chance to jump on another step on your career ladder

      Cons

      -sometimes environment is too dynamic -not a good place if you like cut corners (but I think is more pro than con) -not enough appreciation from the directors of the business (sometimes handshake and two words "good job" or "well done" can motivate your employees better than green figures on the screen)

      Cons

      Clueless management and no value placed on employees creates an awful atmosphere to work in. Multiple leavers on a weekly basis and a feeling of instability among staff makes it a toxic environment.
