      Pros

      Grand visions for the future, look to make amazing products

      Cons

      Stuck in a weird world controlled by a couple of people lacking any clue on how to run a big business. No clue how to put long term strategies together, no clue how to manage people apart from get rid. No team spirit, everyone out for themselves. R&D seemed to be a good group but have the same issues. Constantly changing priorities. Changing requirements on products. No work satisfaction. Etc.

      Pros

      The people and the environment are top notch. It's a very friendly atmosphere with low stress. Work/life balance is very nice.

      Cons

      Management didn't seem to know what it wanted let alone how to achieve success. They got word from the corporate office in the UK on what goals to achieve, but these changed on an almost daily basis in the office. As a result there was very little job security. You could be doing very well and still be in danger of losing your job at anytime.

      Pros

      The product is the best on the market, the innovative mindset of the R&D makes the product head & shoulders above the competition.

      Cons

      A very toxic sales office, poorly managed from the top down, it's very uncomfortable for a new starters coming in. A micro-managing tactic applied throughout the company, more so in the sales department, no focus on individual goals/targets more so on day to day activity, no real useful feedback given and very little motivation within the "team"
