they have goals to meet and challenges the staff as a unit and not as individuals. teaches the basics of teamwork and the importance it is to listening and communicate. the goals to achieve helps the staff become motivated as a team. ones for sure we celebrate our biggest and smallest win by this we help establish recognizing the importance of the individuals efforts.

Cons

A &w has to meet the goals set in order for their "climate" will not be breached. the most common thing about having to work in fast food would probably be the lack of communication and listening.

Got a mediocre amount of hours, ability to talk to coworkers behind the counter, very good coworkers, great with getting time off I needed

Cons

Very hard work, little to no praise, disrespectful management, small food discount, no chance of escaping minimum wage, cold fries which would be thrown away can be bought by employees half price, jacking up food prices from normal A&Ws
