Low low low pay for a high workload job Tips aren't allowed, if they are given they go to management which further emphasizes the crappy pay A lot of customers treat you like crap The owners are idiots who don't recognize hard workers that deserve it No room to grow, they don't promote You have to work a couple years before you can get a raise
