A&W Corporate offices are a great place to work

Pros

Great company culture, very nice people, cheerful place to work, the corporate office was recently re-done... so the physical environment is also very pleasant too.

Cons

Seems to be some snags to enter the ranks on a permanent position. People who work here are super-long-time employees. Also, with some managers, sometimes I thought there was not enough feedback on how you were doing in the job.

Pros

The food at A&W is great and the employee discounts made it easy to eat during breaks. A&W has also a very strict policy on what to put into foods and so I was proud to be apart of that.

Cons

I worked at the back at a booth in a food court so the ventilation back there was horrible. Mainly because there was no windows and the only way for air to get out is through the chute where the burgers are placed.
