AAA Mid-Atlantic provides state of the art equipment, as well as tools and resources that allow me to work smarter-not harder. Supportive management trusts and allows me to be an autonomous decision maker, in order to drive the work process forward. Culturally speaking, AAA Mid-Atlantic feels like a small company-everyone is friendly, yet they adhere to professional and ethical behavior. Lastly they offer employees a flexible work schedule, an excellent benefits package, and lots of great little perks.

Cons

None that I can think of. Overall I have found everyone to be welcoming. The company is growing, and they treat their employees very well.

Pros

The work-life balance is not bad, even in the retail stores. Good starting pay and flexible hours (perfect for students with a hectic class schedule). The sales incentives are great if you're able to exceed your goal every month.

Cons

Open on the weekends - not really a complaint but I couldn't think of any other cons.
