The entire system is terrible for emergency roadside assistance workers. The first 6 months are great but as soon as you have people calling back and wondering why they are waiting 4 hours for a tow truck in heat/snow and the only thing your supervisor will advise you to say is that we will call them back with an update-the members get emotionally abusive. The companies response to how badly they were being treated by members was to put the staff through more training. Though during this training they never gave direction on what to do if you don’t have any answers for the member. Basically as long as you can get yelled at for 8 hours straight-you’ll do great with this company, in this position. If you do get this job transfer to another position ASAP(within the first 6 months). And your experience may differ!
