Pros

The recruitment process was seamless and engaging. Larry Holt was very helpful, patient, and informative. The onboarding process was engaging, inclusive, and thorough. I already feel like I am part of the team and can see how my contributions will fit in to the larger initiatives.

Pros

AAA is committed to its associates and provides opportunities for growth. It has changed over the years, but each year it strives to better the associate experience. The HR department is efficient, professional, and responsive throughout the hiring process.

Cons

While AAA is a federation and it can take a long time to get club approval on things, it's part of the structure. The governance process is in place for a reason, but it is time-consuming. Over the years, you adjust and learn to live with it.

Our federation model is unique; AAA is a network of independently operated motor clubs, and the diversity of thought and perspective that results from our collaborative network results in a better member experience, even if it takes a little more time.

Pros

Beautify modern office with lots of spaces to collaborate with latest and greatest technology. People are always happy and willing to help. The onboarding process was absolutely flawless. The company offers very generous benefits and PTO.

Cons

I haven't come across any so far.
