Good salaries, incentive pay and benefits.

Cons

The company culture operates as if it is the 1960s, barely able to market itself in a digital environment and too dependent on direct mail. New executives believe that getting rid of older employees and promoting young inexperienced people is the way to "modernize" the culture, but it's actually the organizational chart itself that keeps the company looking backward instead of forward. Don't look for this to be a place where you gain a lot of useful experience. There is no opportunity to operate or lead on the cutting edge. Management prefers sycophants that don't question the status quo.

Pros

Good people; great support for continuing development/education; solid PTO and work-from-home flexibility; benefits are decent (very good 401k match/vesting schedule).

Cons

Suffocating red tape to work through on even the simplest decisions; job titles that don't help people in terms of gauging their worth in the job market; rigid salary structure that is both antiquated and seemingly designed to keep people at average salary levels (at best); day-to-day tasks often dependent upon dated technology.
