Good warm weather (nothing to do with AAA)

Cons

AAA is a brand you trust but the National Office is filled with management who are deceitful and back stabbers!! The President acts like he is working for the clubs but instead tries to create confusion. The more confusion that exists at the local clubs, the more the need for the National Office. The entire office is old fashioned and not likely to survive in the next 5 years.

Generally a good work-life balance, and most coworkers care about one another. Decent benefits, including onsite car wash and cafeteria.

Cons

The culture is very traditional and very top-down, which stifles creativity. Approval processes can take months, so things happen very slowly.
