Caring management but challenging sales goals

Pros

Management seems to care , training often , employees are treated well with lunches and events

Cons

Sales agents have been turned into customer service agents , sales goal aren’t always achievable due to random additional goals thrown onto sales agents.

Good sales potential hindered by archaic systems

Pros

Plenty of leads and organic traffic to make sales

Cons

Archaic systems. You will be expected to learn a minimum of 4 different softwares. Some are just terminals with codes that need to be memorized.

Not all that it seems

Pros

I worked with a fantastic team of people. They made coming to work each day a joy. We also had loyal and caring members. I enjoyed building strong relationships with the members.

Cons

We had meetings each week that went over the same metrics over and over. The management definitely had a gossip culture and played favorites. You could tell who the favorites were on the team. Team could definitely use some additional training opportunities. Felt more like a telemarketer not an insurance agent.
