Pros

it provides one with a bi-weekly check..

Cons

No pay raise, expensive and crappy benefits, poor management, low pay scale, poor structure for tuition reimbursement and low company morale with employees. There is also a VERY high turn over rate and most people only stay for 6 months because of the failing pay structure. I wish half a star was an availbale selection for this company.

Pros

You get a paycheck. Free parking if you can find a space. Its a job. You get direct deposit.

Cons

You are watched with every move you make. Heavily monitered on all calls. Told what to wear even down to your shoes. Have to watch your paychecks. Cannot trust anything the company or supervisors tell you. They are nothing but liars and lazy.they even monitor how long and how many times you go to the bathroom. Open door policy is a joke. Supervisors will tell you if you don't like it there is someone else waiting for your chair. Don't ever expect to move up. Supervisors will not help you. Don't expect to be trained properly its a joke. I only stayed for the check.
