      Some of the staff is friendly but suffers from lack of middle management leadership and expertise.

      Cons

      middle layers of management are ineffective leaders with unscrupulous ethics culture in marketing dept and others is unprofessional, self serving and dysfunctional its also unmonitored by executive level but needs closer supervision Low quality marketing communications and creative, Superviosr focused on personal gain and politicking

      Great environment with fun people. A place where co-workers are more like family. This is a place where anyone would not mind being for 8 hours.

      Cons

      Management needs to be more fair and by the book. Too many people that can get away things because of their tenure.
