Pros

Flexible Working hours and good coworkers.

Cons

I did not see anything in the way of positive changes within employee reach. Not a company that is structured to reward talent after the hiring process. Sure you will be told you are doing a great job. Then expect even better scores each quarter with no true advancement in site. Working there, you had better know someone except the person in the cube next to you, if you intend to move further. When you apply for an internal position and do not get it, then you will receive this bright yellow interoffice envelope with the words "STAFFING" in large fonts addressed to the applicant and everyone in the office is well aware that you have just received an employment rejection letter from the Human Resource department. Companies have been sending rejection letters "via email" for years but not that company, they have to make sure you understand the cons that come along with seeking a better position.

Pros

The local insurance managers are nice and willing to listen. The company really cares about the customers and you can feel good about the products you are selling.

Cons

The pay is ok, but they mislead me about the renewal pay out. It is really bad. It is only 2% of total available renewal commission. I was told , it would be much higher. AAA does give you most of the first year available commission. They also are going through some internal changes. Two large AAA areas came together under the same management. Because of these two areas consolidating, they have recently missed up pay checks. It has been tough.
