Strong sales force and regional management. Good training. Job has plenty of freedom and independence.

Cons

Too much channel conflict within the company with regard to going to market. Constantly changing compensation plans and market strategies.

Learning how to deal with really stupid people... AAF is the backwards way.

Cons

Upper management in Lousville don't like changes, they like to operate the same way they did 45 years ago. Plants are neglected in every way, shape and form.
