      --important work (administers the MCAT, among other things) --well-connected with Capitol Hill and prominent medical schools and hospitals --Great benefits (going hybrid soon) --Stays cutting edge with the latest technology --committed to diversity, equity and inclusion from the top down

      --There are few career paths for support staff. (Can't think of anything else, but needed to type at least ten words to move off of this screen.)
