      Pros

      Allowed me to grow and fostered a sense of community. There was lots of communication and mentorship. The building is also brand new and has an exquisite rooftop.

      The cubicle was alright.

      Pros

      AAMC people care deeply about the company mission: improving the health of all. If you want to work in an environment where focus is on the greater good, look no further. Also, salary is competitive (for the region not just as a non-profit) and benefits are extraordinary with a 8% retirement fund match, parental leave for 4 weeks, exceptional health benefits and generous PTO and sick leave.

      Cons

      Executives in some divisions can be overly formal. In some work groups, staff can be slow to embrace organizational change.
