Advisors aren’t encouraged to be forthright with customers about their technician’s inspection findings, but are instructed to first get approval for the main concern, then call back later with another list (this doesn’t allow the customer to make an informed decision about their vehicle). Unprofessional work environment. If you’re conservative leaning and can tolerate inappropriate jokes and borderline to fully racist comments, you’ll be okay. Otherwise you will find yourself very uncomfortable. No real health insurance options, just a knock-off Aflac program. Aamco training is well-below industry standards, phone script is clunky and poorly designed.
