Pros

Very active employee resource groups and support professional development.

Cons

There is so much red tape it takes so much longer to get anything done than I would usually expect, and its a very hierarchical organization where titles matter the most in order to get buy-in and approval on projects. Patience is needed to get goals accomplished.
