Pros

I believe in the mission, great colleagues, offer really good benefits, and support work-life balance.

Cons

Highly matrixed organization, decisions take to long, everyone needs to approve, but no one wants to own the responsibility. There are a lot of "isms" that take place.

Pros

Great organization with tons of flexibility.

Cons

There is little to no upward mobility. Oddly enough institutional knowledge is not an asset.

Pros

Competitive salary and benefits, some flexibility around work schedules. Great location, many member discounts, opportunities.

Cons

Company in flux, wholesale firings and purgings. Very political environment. Sharp swing to younger employees, less employees of color. Many older employees have been fired or "resigned" under duress.,current atmosphere is stressful and toxic.
