Pros

Great compensation and benefits. Many opportunities for great social mission. Some of technology used are progressive and advance compared to other small/mid size companies. Employees are rewarded with bonus for the hard work

Cons

Lack of accountability. Too afraid to apply standard operation policy for better business model and policy tend to be violated based on personal convenient not based on revenue drivers. Too many exception given to the management staff due to the broken business process, and as a result, broken processes need get fixed as management do not feel the pain. Re-org takes place annually across departments and too many competing agenda between departments
