Pros

At the level of the work-team, this is a wonderful place to work. The workers are engaged at that level and are hardworking. The benefits are some of the best I've seen, especially the fact that there's still a pension, which is nearly unheard of these days.

Cons

This is an organization that has lost its way. It no longer has a cohesive mission, although it certainly thinks it does. Changes in management at all levels have made little difference to some long-entrenched cultural issues that degrade the excellence of the work and the workplace.
