Pros

Some great people, pay well, some challenging jobs

Cons

Bureaucratic, staff get nervous every year for fear of arbitrary layoff...because it happens often, bad rating because they do not live up to the vision of their founder...to provide people with job security. Of course, change is necessary, but this is typical corporate type of change.
