-Great pay for a nonprofit -Onsite cafeteria -Opportunities to move around internally -Benefits, including tuition reimbursement -The people really are extremely nice

Cons

-At times, it seems like every project is a moving target -Top heavy -Management really needs to focus on cultivating young talent
