Pros

I love working for them. They’ve never jacked my money around. They are always transparent with me. I think they’re great company to work for. Lindsey was great my new recruiter, Ryan is doing a great job.

Cons

The insurance might be more expensive. Minimal time for sickleave. I don’t know anything about the upper management and I’m just minding my business.

They staff hospitals directly, feedback can be quicker than staffing through VMS

Cons

Low pay, always asking for more, you are responsible for all aspects including credentialing and the communication lacks

Pros

This is a smaller company with demonstrated growth and even more growth potential. Employee Only benefits are paid for, and they have 401k match They are very flexible with scheduling when you need a little extra wiggle room here and there.

Cons

The problem is, though they have massive growth potential, leadership is very resistant to change, and will even sabotage changes they don't feel ready to make. Most of the leaders were promoted as 'last-men-standing', which, while the experience and knowledge is invaluable, does not provide the soft skills necessary for being a leader. As such, communication is often unclear, and inadequately delivered, if not down-right hostile, no sense of privacy regarding feedback, people have resigned and been verbally attacked publicly for it. This company just isn't prepared as is to join the game with the big players.
