Pros

Easy placement, fast delivery of information needed to get started, recruiter is with you throughout all steps to get started. Will find next assignments before ending the current position. My recruiter reaches out during assignment to ensure that all is well and moving smoothly.

Cons

Sometimes there can be a misconnect or confusion if there is no communication between your recruiter and yourself. Documentation of times worked can be upgraded (let’s move away from having to keep up with paperwork) go electronic for time keeping and make it universal.
