      Pros

      1)They have VA jobs 2)My recruiter is generally available

      Cons

      1)Travel Stipends to new assignments are minimal (we are talking $250 for a cross country relocate and most companies do $500. 2)Pay is not that great 3)You still have to read and double check your contract to make sure you get what you were promised.

      Pros

      - Increase on bonus structure, offers more recruiters to make more $ - Great management, I think maybe this varies on teams and personal experience but I have always felt incredibly supported -401k with match, health insurance isnt too bad - New training team = help with management, there is a lot to learn for new recruiters so this helps balance things a bit. - Great interworking team, I have seen other teams have the same - Marketing really tries to make events for the office + add to the culture which is nice/fun!

      Cons

      - Lower base salary (44K), can make things incredibly stressful if you have a smaller book of business, lots of turnover due to this - Not a whole lot of room to "move up", limited on management positions, no significant base increase for tenured employees

      Delusional metrics

      Pros

      Food trucks, high-earning potential, cool coworkers, the money when things go well for you.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations and toxic, ego-driven management. Clear favoritism across teams. Constant micromanagement and daily reminders to "just make more calls." When things go wrong, the blame always rolls downhill. Leadership cares more about optics than genuine performance or employee well-being.
