      Pros

      Everyone is nice. They provide lunches occasionally and coffee

      Cons

      Untrained managers Lack of training overall No accountability Favoritism Work load is way over what other payroll specialist are expected to do. Empty promises of improvement or training. Not resolutions or assistance to issues. When asking for help, constantly met with excuses. It clear the employees are just a number, the turnover rate is so high due to the lack of as assistance from the manger, examples and documentations are provided when requested for assistance but never acted on. HR provides no support to employees seeking help and resolution to on going problems.

      Pros

      Opportunity to grow. Overall has a positive work environment. AB Staffing is a really great company to work for. We are a huge Staffing family.

      Cons

      I think upper management needs to treat all employees the same (credentialing team, admin team, payroll team, and recruitment team). There are times when the other teams are offered more incentives than others. We all work hard to get traveling contractors in the door working. It's not just one team doing all the work.

Our sales and recruitment teams typically have contests and trips as performance incentives, but we do try and recognize our other teams appropriately. We appreciate your feedback on this and will take it into consideration when doing rewards and incentives in the future.

      Cons

      Poor organization and overall lack of defined structure must be overcome to be successful. Stereotypically ran like a good ‘ol boys club.

As with most companies, growing pains happen along the way, but we continue to make it a priority to improve our culture, employee satisfaction and service to our providers.
