I have currently been working for AB Staffing solutions for 5 months now. Upon working with ABSS and Lindsay, my amazing advisor, I was set on quitting teaching and looking for another profession. Working with ABSS has made the transition on finding a new school, in the district I preferred, with pay that I felt was suitable feasible. The hiring process was explicitly explained and easily handled with the entire team. When I first started, as well as throughout the hiring process, Lindsay communicated with me constantly. She made sure I felt good about my classroom, that the school was appropriate, and most importantly how I was feeling about everything in general. This agency has created an environment where I feel comfortable, appreciated, and valued at all times. I would recommend ABSS and their team to anyone looking for a job!
