      Good leadership and positive environment. Earning potential is very good if you are willing to commit maximum effort each and every day. Those who are early in their career timeline, hungry to earn, looking to break-in to Medical Sales, or just seeking a sales position with a strong upside - AB Staffing will offer this potential.

      Cons

      Unique sale this is difficult for many to individuals to adapt to. Previous success in sales does not easily translate. Limited opportunity to operate outside of their strict template, despite the outcome. Must be willing to live with outcomes that are not always ideal, as you will be forced navigate within process that are often flawed. Unnecessary challenges will occur, that are primarily created by the client, you cannot be easily discouraged.
