      Transparency in pay. They want you to be successful. Open door policy all around. Hands-off approach with closer supervision than you think. Your earning potential is 100% based off of how hard you are willing to work

      Cons

      You become emotionally invested with the Nurses you work with and sometimes things don't work out for them and it's sad.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for! They want to see you succeed. They ask you think outside to box and always put your best foot forward. Come in, work hard, be patient! You will see the results!! Don’t forget to hAve fun with what you do! Vony is one of the best bosses I have ever had. I trust him and believe in him, and he always leads by example. I will say this. If you are LAZY or shady we don’t have room for you!
