Lot's of opportunity to grow in the company. Great management that cares about your success. Overall positive work environment.

Cons

Work/Life balance can be challenging at first because a lot is expected of you. 10 hour days at minimum and weekends are expected.

Amazing executive team that is highly supportive of innovation and new ideas. It is also very clear that both the internal and external staff are highly valued and appreciated. The recruitment team is highly energetic and passionate about filling customer needs and ensure a right fit for the contract employees. I am very excited to be a part of the growth and future of this company.

None that come to mind. It is an environment where you are expected to produce but I don't think that is negative.
