      Growing company, positive atmosphere, everyone is very helpful. Great leadership.

      Takes a long time to build one's headcount... need to be single or have a supportive spouse!

      Pros

      Been with company more than 5 years. It has been incredible to be part of the tremendous growth. We have gone from a small firm to a power house within government healthcare staffing. Excited for the future to see how we continue to grow and expand into other avenues as well.

      Cons

      It comes with the territory, but you're always "on." Issues can arise early in the morning or at night when it comes to travel, schedules, etc. so you always have to be available. It's not even a con, it's just an added responsibility that simply comes with the job.

      Travel/Contract job. My coworkers were supportive, for the most part.

      I came in being an outsider. Hard to integrate with a team that's been working together for a long time
