      Pros

      I worked for AB for about one year and they helped staff a remote rural ER. Despite the difficulties of staffing such a remote place, AB did a good job and was a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      The cons of working in a remote rural ER were not AB's fault.

      Pros

      I am an RN and have done three different assignments with AB. I always find them kind and receptive. If I have a bad day I just text my recruiter and she is on it and willing to help. They are really fun. Check out their Facebook page. Great group of people. I love that they pay weekly. My living expense pay is very fair. I never feel pressure to accept an assignment if I don’t feel like it is a good fit for me.

      Cons

      They don’t pay travel but I don’t mind this because if an assignment ends unexpectedly, with other companies you are responsible to pay them back. I would rather charge it and pay it off in my own time if I need to. They do offer a fast pay advance after your first day of work which helps. You do get deductions out of your future checks to pay this back but it is not a large amount so it is not a big deal.

      They don't micro manage and give you the freedom to work. They treat you like an adult

      They are still growing so certain things are not in place yet.
