Cons

The DO NOT Care if you work 70 80 even 100 hours in a week just make sure the product is loaded the lie to what to expect for the job hours and there is no training if you want to learn teach yourself by making mistakes and get yeld at.

Pros

Great place to build a career and grow off of that in the future, Upper management spends a great amount of time teaching you how to be sucessful in the real world. The sales training is priceless for you to build off of.

Cons

It's hard to addapt to the coca-cola lifestyle at first. Management is always watching you making sure your executing to 110% all time. The competition is rough at first and it hard for someone coming into the soda bussiness without any experience to handle it. It does get easlier once you learn the tricks and trades of this bussiness. I'm speaking on behalf of the C-store side of bussiness.

Pros

I'm a 20 year old college student who easily got a summer job as a seasonal Merchandiser. Pay was $11 an hour(not bad for a college undergrad) plus .55 per mile driven in personal vehicle.

Cons

No work life balance. Be prepared to work every weekend and holiday. I personally didn't have a set schedule so I only knew if I was working the night before they would send a route to my company BlackBerry. I put 1,000 miles on my own car from working 3 months over the summer. Guy I trained with didn't teach me anything at all, I was just extra help to him. Work day was from 6am until done. Sometimes this meant working a 12 hour day depending if you had to build displays and if deliveries came in. Store managers could be so rude and everything was your fault. Backrooms had no space, were very disorganized, and pallet jacks were old and broken.
