Good pay and bonuses Upper management was very experienced and knowledgeable Benefits were above average Car reimbursement was very fair

Cons

Training program could use to be updated Changing territories was frowned upon even after significant time Merchandisers were often unreliable

Company will be here forever Don't really have to worry about company closing Big Name Nice co workers Nice vacation package.

Cons

merchandising to "promotion" to Acct manager, but got pay CUT. Trained temp workers making higher salary than myself. Losing vehicles, but told when hired part of salary, not getting compensated fairly. Very long days usually 12+ hour days plus travel time. Breakdown to hours/pay ratio terrible

benefits are good have great tools to complete the job training is ok vacation and personal time is fair great sales portfolio

Cons

extremely long hours no work/life balance company vehicles are being taken away without any change in salary pay is a joke upper management has loss touch with its frontline people, we are the ones making the money yet, we are the ones who have to take a reduction in pay and benefits
