By far the worst Job I have ever had!

Pros

Good Benefits. Monday through Friday in the Account Manager position.

Cons

Long hours, low pay, poor communication. District Managers are always on routes and are overwhelmed. Never enough manpower. Upper Management is Lazy and very demanding, bogged down bye emails and phone calls. Drivers are not held accountable for anything but their hours.

Pros

As a merchandiser you get to work independently without dealing with supervisors on a daily basis. You get to move from store to store which makes the day go by fast.

Cons

Putting many miles on your vehicle and the rising cost of gasoline. I work in an area with little to no turnover so moving up within the company is difficult. You may get turned down for a job even with a degree, while in another territory someone who is braindead is working in a position you would like to have. Dealing with too much product and not enough backroom storage (account managers don't work the product and don't care what they send in b/c they get a bonus based on hitting numbers).

Fastest growing brand in the beverage industry. Great benefits and salary was competitive. Amazing corporate culture and fantastic product.

Cons

CCNA influence is destroying culture and driving senior management out. Merger with FUZE eliminated all field sales people
