      Pros

      I have excellent management and have been given the opportunity to learn a new skill set with ABC. They have quite a few starting positions that make it easy for you to get your foot in the door.

      Cons

      If you are not comfortable with a fast paced, rapidly changing environment, then ABC is not right for you. Each day is unlike the last.

      Beware if your thinking about a career and if your a customer, Turn over is very high!!

      Pros

      None at all. Enough said and you can believe that!

      Cons

      They run interviews like a cattle farmer unloading cattle at a sale. Never once did you get a one on one interview with management, however you went through a group interview (with other interviewees) and a member of management bedded down as an interviewee as well. Then find out they hire people that pretty much get fired from their previous job, for over budget and bad system conversions costing customers and clients additional monies.

      Pros

      ABC Financial is a company that is always changing. People that are hired to work within this company must posses strong adaptablity skills no matter the position. If you are willing to always give 110%, you will be extremely successful here. ABC treats their employee's like family and provides extremely fair comenpensation & benefits as well as endless career opportunites which is very important to me. I've been here almost a full year now and wouldn't imagine going anywhere else!

      Cons

      My coworkers are extrememly helpful and management is never out of the loop. Individual success never goes unacknowledged here...I don't have anything negative to say about ABC!
