Pros

401k is great, fully vested after 6 months. Current staff is great, very talented and competent developers.

Cons

Management generally clueless about how to run a software development company. Micromanaging to the extreme. (top down) Being slowly taken over by off-shore resources. Poor communication and general lack of transparency. Terrible Insurance. Very few holidays, not much PTO, no Sick time offered.

Pros

Good opportunities, Benefits, & Pay Some of the coworkers as very positive and helpful. This industry is growing and advancing each year.

Cons

Too many positions are just given away to people just because of who they know within the company even when they do not qualify for the positions at hand. TOO MUCH favoritism. Structure of the company is UNCLEAR. There is little to no stability, you could lose your job at any time for any reason, especially if you're not in good with upper management. Your personal life doesn't matter, its all about the clients. You have to sacrifice time off and long work days/weeks with little to no recognization for the hard work completed.
