      Salary is the one thing they still do right

      Cons

      - Bill Davis, the CEO desperately offering bounties in a town hall to get past employees back. He’ll use money instead of admitting he has destroyed the culture with his poor leadership. - Customer service used to matter, now it’s just a buzzword. - As so many people quit they pile more work on to the few old timers and never say thank you for anything. - They want so bad to be in Texas they care nothing about us Arkansas employees. This was a great company till private equity got involved. Stay away!

      decent pay and great co-workers. Teams rally together to get things done in the face of adversity caused by poor management

      Cons

      Very Poor and Tone-Deaf Upper Management that will not listen to rank-and-file employees Lack of direction and the company tackles projects with a lack of planning that tends to cause re-work and back-tracking which in turn requires teams to scramble to fix. HIGH STRESS due to lack of organization

      Job Seekers Beware - Toxic and Unethical

      Interesting industry Work from home

      Cons

      Culture cannot be mandated, it has to be cultivated. After years of threatening culture standards and spending countless dollars and hours trying to figure out why the company is toxic, they have resorted to purchasing best place to work "awards" to gaslight their employees and the industry. The software does not work as promised and customers are very unhappy.
