Pros

Stay at home job was good.

Cons

I told them as soon as they hired me that a few months from now I would need a week off due to my oldest daughter graduating from boot camp in another state and the same week my son graduating from high school. I was told by the management team that people already had those days off and that I could just try to call out and see if I still have points to have a job after I got back. I literally had to pay an extremely high amount of money( because their medical benefits are crap) to see a doctor to get family leave so I would not miss my kids accomplishments that I planned for months before.

Pros

Plenty of off-shore opportunities! Managerial musical chairs is all the rage!

Cons

They are huge fans of layoffs a week and a half before Christmas This company was an amazing company, before being bought out. Then they told us to "ignore the rumors. We have no intention to sell the company". That was about 1 month before they sold the company. That caused most the employees to have trust issues.

Heartless Company

Pros

There are no pros about this company

Cons

This company is the worst company ever! During training they perform all of these "heart felt" skits for you and try to tell you how wonderful they are, and how you can start from the bottom and make it to CEO. Its ALL CRAP. They start you at $11/hr and put you through the most childish 8 weeks of training. During training you take turns being on webcam for 2-3 hours at a time. The trainer stresses that you have to make it back from breaks on time to do a rollcall and if you are late then you will be terminated...NOT!..several people in my class were late every single day and nothing ever happened to them except waste our time when the trainer would have to stop class to call and look for them. You are also not suppose to miss any days during training or you will be terminated unless you have a "roll call winback" which is a free pass for turning all of your HR paperwork in on time. This is also crap because there were several people in my class that missed days due to various dumb reasons..one was literally a "stomach bug". A fellow classmate was even seen on webcam smoking marijuana and nothing happened to them. One day during training my fiance's boss called me to tell me that my fiance was being rushed to the ER because he was hurt at work. He ended up having to have emergency surgery. I left work immediately (1 hour early) and as soon as I had all of the information about my fiance I sent my trainer an email and left her a voicemail. My trainer would not reply to any of my messages. I logged on to my work computer and sent her an IM and she sent one back saying that my supervisor would be in touch with me. My supervisor finally called to let me know that I was terminated because I missed an HOUR of training! Mind you that I had never been late for a roll call, I participated in class, I aced every single one of my tests, they fired me because of an actual documented emergency. They fired me knowing that my fiance just had to have emergency surgery and would obviously be out of work for a while then took the only other means of finances for my household. This company does not care about its employees or its clients...go read the horrific reviews left everywhere.
