Mom and Pop mantality in an unethical global shell

Management ignores you so your pretty much allowed to make your tasks work

Cons

Management beyond the regional level is a complete joke. instead of promoting good and talented staff the upper management hires idiots who have no clue how the business is handled but tout the alphabet soup after their names. Used car salesmen making all kinds of promises we can never keep, then blame local production staff as the scapegoat.

-Great group of people -Great and interesting work -Company used to be ok to work at (like 8 years ago)

Cons

-Long hours and no comp time, pay cut when company is doing well and if financially sound -Laughable benefits, the worse in the market -Management trying to squeeze as much work out of you without giving anything back -Run like a mom and pop shop. No clear and long term vision or goals. Penny pinchers.

some overtime pay is good.

Cons

some managers make employee feel subhuman, ordering with loud voice and talking closely employee's face with very angry way. If any employee go to another location and happens to be simillar face with any manager, other employee will look at you in a suspecies way. When the company send you home, they make sure you are not going to get unemployeement benefit. There are a lot to say about this company.
