1. Micromanaging to the max. 2. Pay raise every 3 or so years 3. ABC Management is clueless when it comes to what keeps employees happy (aka, high turnover) 4. Overwork employees (late hours, working on the weekend, NO OVERTIME OR COMPENSATION FOR THIS)
