Healthy teamwork amongst coworkers and other employees.

Cons

Awful management and disorganized schedules and supplies. Overworking workers and paying little for what they’re truly worth. Predatory behavior and taking advantage of workers who are in need of work and cannot deny a job.

This is a horrible very unprofessional company to work for the supervisor and managers are not properly trained they do not know how to properly do there jobs multiple locations are very nasty and dirty ther hire associates that have no expectations of performing there jobs correctly or at all the will mess up your pay checks and take months to fix it when you have a problem it’s hard to get in contact with someone and they do pay good enough

Overtime pay during close. If you don't mind spending a week in the office until 11 at night you'll make a pretty penny.

Cons

Management does not care about you. They will work you like a dog everyday if you let them. I would be in the office until 11 at night during closing period, sometimes even on Saturdays. When I lost my mother during the pandemic I was condemned for falling behind on my work. Management didn't care I had to grieve. When I told them I couldn't come in because I just heard the news, they insisted I create a "How-To" sheet for my accounts before I go home. Shameful
