Regarding the problems you mention, we try to ensure continuous improvement through regular exchange within the teams! For example, regarding leadership and communication, this year we have built and rolled out an extended leadership program to develop further in these areas. Pros

1- Surrounded by true experts working over a large scalable application 2- Good environment 3- Hands on over real technologies 4- Challenging E-commerce problems 5- Various cultures ( Europeans , Russians, Asians , Africans , Arabs ... ) 6- No discrimination 7- Clean working process

Cons

Working sometime could be really hard ( not technically ) but you would feel the pressure certainly :) . ( I am writing this review while am in vacation :V )

We definitely try to keep the spirits high regardless of the current situation and I'm very glad you still felt like the working process is clean and clear at the environment is good within your team. Additionally, it is great to hear that you enjoy the challenges you are confronted with and feel like you are surrounded by industry experts. I can imagine that there are quite a few challenges, especially around the end of the year and Black Friday, but I hope you can use your vacation to switch off and gather enough energy to tackle all challenges you are confronted with :) We are very glad to have you on board and look forward to all the upcoming projects with you! Hire and Fire attitude with people being fired for the incompetence of their managers Management style is quite hierarchical despite what is being advertised Very German company Salaries below market
