      Liebe/r KollegeIn, Danke, dass Du Dir die Zeit genommen hast, uns zu bewerten! Schön, dass Du Dich in unserer Arbeitsatmosphäre wohl fühlst und das Gesamtpaket inkl. Benefits wie etwa Weiterbildungen, zentrale Location, etc. einen positiven Eindruck bei dir hinterlässt. Ebenfalls als ein Benefit sehen wir die steile Lernkurve, die man bei uns in kürzester Zeit erreichen kann. Wir hoffen, dass Du von dieser Chance profitierst und es Dir Spaß macht, täglich neuen Herausforderungen zu begegnen. Ein wichtiger Bestandteil unser Unternehmenskultur ist die bereits von Dir erwähnte Arbeitsatmosphäre, die nur durch Präsenz der Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen entstehen kann.       Very good environment, but with some Cons

      Pros

      - Good standardization of infrastructure - Very good professional colleges

      Cons

      - Top down decision making structure with lack of team freedom - Slow decision making because of last item - Ops department is too separated from the other teams... some friction and communication problems come with that - 1o1 have low frequency and no clear objectives for carrear path (vague concepts on feedback like commitment or "smartness").

      Good culture, a lot of new things to learn especially on AWS if you are new. Diverse crowd Free drinks A lot of parties Free German and English classes On-call opportunities Salary between 22 -25th of every month Opportunities to move between teams

      Cons

      Restrictive while adopting new technologies and tools Startup but with no flat hierarchy - you report to the manager, manager reports to the founder and back. Lack of appreciation, therefore, you will feel that the company doesn't value you. You will work more than 40 hrs most of the time without any compensation Pay is minimum
